Overview

This Guidance provides an automated approach to deploy AWS Transform for VMware resources using infrastructure as code (IaC), streamlining the setup process by automating the provisioning of required AWS services, network configurations, and security controls. AWS Transform for VMware provides a self-service testing environment for VMware migrations, enabling teams to simulate and validate instance migrations to AWS before full-scale implementation. The Guidance helps organizations accelerate their time-to-value when migrating VMware workloads while ensuring adherence to AWS best practices and security standards. By providing a comprehensive solution for test migrations, this Guidance empowers teams to confidently plan and execute their VMware to AWS migration strategies.
