Today, Amazon WorkDocs released three updates. First, Amazon WorkDocs users will now have a storage quota of 1 TB, increased from 200 GB, at no additional charge. The new storage quota applies to new and existing customers, and for Amazon WorkSpaces and Amazon WorkMail customers purchasing Amazon WorkDocs at the discounted rate. You can purchase additional storage at the rates published here.

Second, Amazon WorkDocs users will now have access to new commenting and feedback features. Amazon WorkDocs allows you to leave comments directly on files and documents, and we are enhancing this capability by allowing you to reply to comments, send private comments, and format comments for emphasis. You can also mark a file as locked to disable further comments. These enhancements help enable richer and more meaningful collaboration, and centrally organize feedback in one place. These new features are available on the web client, and iOS and Andoid apps.

Third, the Amazon WorkDocs sync client for Windows and Mac has been updated, and now includes sync notifications so you can see the progress of files being synchronized with your device. You will also see improved handling of large file sync so that they can better withstand interruptions.
