You can now easily view the time stamps and duration for when agents log in and log out of Amazon Connect with the new Login/Logout report. This report provides you with the information you need to generate agent time cards for payroll.
To generate a Login/Logout report, open the Amazon Connect dashboard, select Metrics and Quality, and then choose Login/Logout report. You can set a schedule to generate the report automatically on the days of the week you choose. You can filter the information in the report by agent, agent groups, or routing profile. The routing profile determines how you route contacts to the agents.
The Amazon Connect Login/Logout report is available today in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect is offered. There is no additional cost to use the Amazon Connect Login/Logout report.
