The AWS Quick Start team and solutions architects, in collaboration with AWS partners, have published three new Amazon Connect integrations that offer contact center solutions.

Extend your contact center with these integrations:

  • CallMiner Eureka – Provides customer engagement analytics for extracting intelligence from your Amazon Connect calls.
  • Aspect WFM – Extends Amazon Connect reports with agent productivity (sign-in/sign-out) statistics, and helps you monitor real-time adherence to schedules.
  • Acqueon Engagement Cloud (AEC) – Provides an outbound voice dialer platform with real-time lead filtering, segmentation, prioritization, and scheduling.

Amazon Connect integrations are automated deployments that extend the cloud-based contact center functionality provided by Amazon Connect with popular services and solutions from AWS partners.
