Today, Amazon Connect introduces contact flow versioning, making it easy to preview, modify, and publish past versions of a flow with just a few clicks within the contact flow designer. Rolling back between a saved or published version is simple, allowing you to review how a flow evolved and inspect how it was previously configured, enabling experimentation. Previously, customers could only revert to the last saved or published version, limiting their ability to track changes.

There is no additional charge associated with this feature, other than the Amazon Connect service usage and any associated telephony charges.
