Amazon WorkDocs refreshes the Android mobile app UI to provide a new, simplified user experience
Starting today, users can experience a new, optimized user interface when they access Amazon WorkDocs from the WorkDocs Android mobile application. This new user interface enhances accessibility, supports easier collaboration, and improves file and folder discoverability.
With this release, users will be able to easily discover and incorporate the WorkDocs existing features into their workflows effortlessly. The new visual layout is a visual enhancement that consists of updated login screens, color pallet, grid view, typography, and iconography. The updated color pallet provides consistency with the other WorkDocs experiences and applications. The updated typography improves legibility and the updated grid view with more file information such as last modified date improves user accessibility as well as file and folder discoverability.
The Amazon WorkDocs Android mobile application provides anytime, anywhere access to your work documents. More specifically, it allows you to view, comment on, and download documents for which you have been given permissions. The WorkDocs Android mobile application supports uploading content, offline access to files, content preview of over 50+ file types, and search across all your WorkDocs content.
The new user interface is offered to customers at no additional cost for all Amazon WorkDocs users on the WorkDocs Android mobile application and is available in all AWS regions where Amazon WorkDocs is available.
