For Costa Rica:

DID Inbound Minutes by 99% from $0.4765 to $0.0034 per minute
Toll Free Numbers by 25% from $0.53 to $0.40 per day
Toll Free Inbound Minutes by 52% from $0.4717 to $0.2251 per minute
For Panama:
DID Inbound Minutes by 4% from $0.004 to $0.0038 per minute
Toll Free Numbers by 30% from $0.95 to $0.6661 per day
Toll Free Inbound Minutes by 65% from $0.3256 to $0.1131 per minute
For El Salvador:
DID Inbound Minutes by 76% from $0.0146 to $0.0035 per minute
