Starting today, AWS Network Firewall is now available in Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Singapore), and EU (London) regions.
AWS Network Firewall is a managed firewall service that makes it easy to deploy essential network protections for all your Amazon Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). The service automatically scales with network traffic volume to provide high-availability protections without the need to set up or maintain the underlying infrastructure.
With AWS Network Firewall you can securely segment your internal networks using AWS Transit Gateway and Network Firewall security policies. Control internet bound traffic using domain names or other match criteria to allow access only to secure sites or block traffic to known bad destinations. Maintain visibility of your network activity with flow logging and event specific logs which can be sent to Amazon CloudWatch, S3, Kinesis Firehose or your preferred security monitoring tools.
