AWS Glue Studio now allows you to preview your data at each step of the visual job authoring process. AWS Glue Studio automatically samples your data, then runs each transform in your job so you can test and debug your transformations without having to save or run the job. Data previews are available for each source, target, and transform node in the visual editor, so you can verify the results step by step.
AWS Glue Studio makes AWS Glue accessible to users who are accustomed to tools with SQL-based or flow-diagram-style interfaces. Users of all experience levels can now take advantage of big data processing on its serverless Apache Spark-based ETL platform. Data previews make job authoring faster and easier than before by allowing you to debug your jobs interactively.
This feature is available in the same AWS Regions as AWS Glue Studio: US East (N. Virginia, Ohio), US West (Northern California, Oregon), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Mumbai, Osaka, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt, Ireland, London, Milan, Paris, Stockholm), Middle East (Bahrain), and South America (Sao Paulo).
