AWS Application Migration Service (AWS MGN) is now available in AWS GovCloud (US-East) and AWS GovCloud (US-West) Regions. You can now use Application Migration Service to migrate and modernize your applications in these AWS Regions.
Application Migration Service minimizes time-intensive, error-prone manual processes by automating the conversion of your source servers to run natively on AWS. It also helps you simplify modernization of your migrated applications by allowing you to select preconfigured and custom optimization options during migration.
With this launch, Application Migration Service is available in 25 AWS Regions: US East (Ohio), US East (N. Virginia), US West (N. California), US West (Oregon), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong), Asia Pacific (Jakarta), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Osaka), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (Ireland), Europe (London), Europe (Milan), Europe (Paris), Europe (Stockholm), Middle East (Bahrain), Middle East (UAE), South America (São Paulo), AWS GovCloud (US-East), and AWS GovCloud (US-West).
