AWS Resilience Hub adds support for customers to exclude operational recommendations provided to more accurately reflect your application’s resilience posture in your resilience score. Resilience Hub provides a single place to define, validate, and track the resilience of your applications so that you can avoid unnecessary downtime caused by software, infrastructure, or operational disruptions.

Resilience Hub has updated the application onboarding workflow to a two step process for adding application and publishing to handle larger applications without adding synchronous wait time. Customers will be able to exclude operational recommendations and receive credit in their resilience score as if they had completed these tasks. You will have the option to enter a reason for the exclusion to assist with future management of your operational recommendations.

The new capabilities are available in all of the AWS Regions where Resilience Hub is supported. See the AWS Regional Services List for the most up-to-date availability information.
