Test your setup

1. Open a web browser, and in the address bar, type the endpoint URL that was generated when you completed the steps in “Enable static website hosting for your Amazon S3 bucket.” Follow this format:
http://YOUR-S3-ENDPOINT-URL/imageshare.html.

2. Do the following:
• For Name, type a user name.
• For Email, type a valid email address.
• For AWS Account ID, type a valid 12-digit AWS account ID number.
• Choose Submit.
3. If the request is successful, within a few seconds you are redirected to the AppStream 2.0 console. Do the following:
• Sign into the console with the AWS account that you shared the AppStream 2.0 image with.
• In the navigation pane, choose Images, Image Registry.
• In the image list, verify that the shared image is in the list.
4. You also receive a “thank you” email for trying Example Corp.’s products. In the email, the text that is specified in the Name field on the web form is used to address the recipient.
