Now Hiring – AWS Solutions Architects

One of the most interesting and challenging jobs on the AWS team (besides mine, of course) is that of Solutions Architect. As a Solutions Architect, you spend virtually all of your time working with our customers to help them get the most from AWS.You could even find yourself in the middle of a presidential campaign.

I spoke to Paul Duffy, Senior Manager for Solutions Architecture, to learn more about the job and about what it takes to be a Solutions Architect:

We’re looking for people with some consulting experience, a Math or CS degree, and great communication skills.
