Kubernetes right-sizing with metrics-driven GitOps automation

The solution helps optimize Kubernetes resource allocation through metrics-driven analysis, pattern-aware optimization strategies, and automated pull request generation while maintaining GitOps principles of collaboration, version control, and auditability.
