AWS at Hannover Messe 2025

At Hannover Messe 2025, AWS will showcase its industrial services and solutions with a 1400sqm booth in the Digital Ecosystems Hall, Hall 15 Booth D76. Visit the booth to connect with AWS experts and explore an interactive showcase of AWS cloud technologies and AWS Partner solutions for industrial use cases. To simplify your booth journey, the AWS booth is organized by solution areas: engineering and design, smart manufacturing, smart products, sustainability, and supply chain. Visit and explore the areas of the booth that interest you most!

AWS will show a variety of demos that highlight key uses cases like improvements in quality management, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), predictive maintenance, and supply chain visibility by leveraging generative AI, data analytics, computer vision, Internet of Things (IoT), digital twins, and more. This year we will showcase a refreshed “e-Bike Smart Factory”, a demo that simulates the end-to-end process of manufacturing e-bicycles. This demo shows how AWS services, along with partner solutions can help improve operations by collecting, contextualizing, and applying advanced analytics and machine learning to operational technology (OT) date from three workstations in the production line. We will also show a new Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) demo built in partnership with sponsoring partner SynaOS. This demo shows how AMRs and Co-bots with integrated AI can supply material, move product, and run quality control and inspection in factories. Interact with AWS services first hand in additional product demos to learn how to apply AWS services in industrial settings to improve operations.

AWS will host 39 industrial-focused partners, including platinum sponsors Siemens, MHP, and Snowflake. AWS has a dedicated partner competency network for manufacturing and industrial partners, providing customers with unmatched experience and partner choice at every step of the cloud journey. Check out our sponsoring partners this year to learn about the collaborative solutions built with AWS to support a variety of manufacturing use cases. Also, learn about the AWS Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) program, where AWS and AWS Partners work together to deliver solutions to modernize operations, optimize production processes, and drive business growth.

AWS will also host an in-booth theater, where AWS experts, AWS Partners, and customers share real-world use cases in 52 sessions over the course of the week. The theater sessions will cover topics including improving asset availability with generative AI, building an industrial data foundation, accelerating innovation in product and engineering, and more. Building an Industrial Data Strategy with AWS

AWS offers the most secure and comprehensive set of purpose-built services and solutions, giving our customers the broadest selection of cloud tools for their specific manufacturing use cases. We help manufacturing leaders innovate and transform their business to speed time to market, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue. Manufacturers often face challenges driving unified visibility across manufacturing operations, with difficulty converging OT and IT, manually integrating diverse data sources, and standardizing information models.

At Hannover Messe 2025, join us to learn how to address these challenges with a variety of solutions and technologies including:

Generative AI: Generative AI technology unlocks significant opportunities for manufacturers to optimize production processes, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and accelerate innovation through faster, data-driven decision making. Generative AI can help improve shop floor productivity with faster diagnosis and issue resolution, enhance product quality by overcoming the limitations of manual defect inspection, and reduce personnel onboarding and training time. Learn how to leverage generative AI for a variety of workloads at the AWS booth, where we will showcase demos and theatre sessions sharing real use cases that address real problems.

Industrial data fabric: Manufacturing and Industrial companies struggle with disconnected, siloed data sources from assets, processes, materials, and people. Building an industrial data fabric (IDF) helps create a data management architecture that enables scalable, unified, and integrated mechanisms to harness data as an asset from the cloud to the factory edge. This is crucial to building the foundation for digital industrial transformation and optimizing operations across many use cases. Check out the AWS Booth to connect with experts on IDF at the Industrial Data Fabric kiosk.

Digital Twins: Digital twins are virtual representations of physical environments integrated with data from diverse sources. Digital twins simplify analyzing and optimizing complex physical systems through visual context of assets performance and related processes, saving time and operational costs. Learn more about Digital Twins and AWS IoT services in the e-Bike Smart Factory demo, where we showcase a 3D model of the production line using the AWS IoT TwinMaker and Matterport integration to provide visibility into key performance metrics such as overall equipment effectiveness, downtime, and line status. Also, visit the Siemens Partner kiosk in the AWS booth to learn about Siemens photorealism-enhanced digital twin powered by NVIDIA Omniverse, a new software that enables visualization and interaction with photorealistic, physics-based digital twins.

Smart Machines: Manufacturers are looking to innovate and differentiate their industrial products to expand opportunities for new functionality, greater reliability, and capabilities beyond traditional product boundaries. Manufacturers can leverage IoT to securely connect and manage smart products or industrial machines at scale, delivering a unified framework for managing and monitoring assets across multiple sites. Learn more about Smart Machines solutions at AWS in the Smart Products and Services kiosk in the AWS booth.

Product Design: Engineers need greater agility to get new products to market faster. Organizations continuously look for new ways to innovate engineering and design capabilities with remote engineering workstations, digital twins and design simulation, and product life-cycle management tools. These processes are typically hampered by on-premises compute and storage limitations and challenges with secure, remote system and file access. Moving engineering workloads to the cloud helps reduce infrastructure costs and accelerate development cycles through the clouds nearly unlimited storage and high-performance compute capabilities. Check out the Engineering & Design kiosk in the AWS booth to learn more.

Supply Chain: Organizations need a unified view of supply chain data to improve agility, mitigate risks, lower costs, and make faster, better decisions. Complex supply chains may deal with hundreds of suppliers making it challenging to gather relevant, accurate data, and gain visibility across operations. The cloud helps improve supply chains by enabling automated tasks like order processing and inventory tracking. Machine learning and generative AI also help with better, faster decision-making by running simulations, scenario comparisons, “what-if” analyses, and routine chatbot queries to identify issues quickly. Stop by the Supply Chain kiosk in the AWS booth to learn more about AWS Supply Chain.
