Jared Pruzan currently serves as head of knowledge management at C40, where he oversees content and digital development for the C40 Knowledge Hub and other information management systems. His previous roles have included head of network communications, senior manager of special projects, and manager of the City Adviser Programme. Prior to joining C40, Jared worked as a financial analyst in the private real estate investment fund at Lazard and as the coordinator of a nonprofit research initiative within Harvard University's David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies. Jared earned a masters of public affairs in international nonprofit management from New York University and a bachelor of arts in comparative literature from Yale University.

C40 empowers cities to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and drive meaningful, measurable, and sustainable action on climate change. C40 delivers insights to help city governments understand how to deliver emission reductions and climate resilience. C40’s primary platform for sharing this knowledge is the C40 Knowledge Hub, launched in 2019, to provide all participating cities with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive large-scale climate action. The Knowledge Hub is an online platform bringing together insights, practical experiences, and tested approaches from leading cities, for cities at every stage of their climate commitments.
