Tong Shen is a quantum research scientist at Quantum Elements, where he works on large-scale, realistic simulations of quantum hardware for quantum error correction and quantum control. He earned his Ph.D. from Brown University under the supervision of Brenda Rubenstein, focusing on algorithm development for quantum many-body simulation. He also holds a joint postdoctoral at the University of Southern California.
