DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CONCURSO:

Desde el 17 de diciembre de 2025 a las 00:00:00 CET hasta el 30 de abril de 2026 a las 23:59:59 CET, regístrate y envía tu candidatura a través del formulario de solicitud de AWS Pulse para tener la oportunidad de ganar 2.000 €. NO ES NECESARIO REALIZAR NINGUNA COMPRA (a menos que esté prohibido). Se aplican términos y condiciones.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL CONCURSO:

Al enviar tu candidatura al Premio Nacional del Profesor ("Concurso"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos y Condiciones. NO ES NECESARIO REALIZAR NINGUNA COMPRA a menos que esté prohibido. 

Desde el 17 de diciembre de 2025 hasta el 30 de abril de 2026 ("Período del Concurso"), regístrate y envía tu candidatura a través del formulario de solicitud de AWS Pulse para tener la oportunidad de ganar 2.000 €. Las participaciones deben enviarse de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en el Apéndice A. Debes tener al menos 18 años de edad, residir en España, ser un educador en activo y cumplir con los requisitos adicionales de elegibilidad establecidos en el Apéndice B. Amazon Web Services ("AWS"), los empleados de AWS, sus familiares directos y miembros de sus hogares no son elegibles para participar. Límite de una participación por persona.

Criterios de Evaluación:

Todas las candidaturas elegibles recibidas durante el Período del Concurso serán evaluadas y calificadas por un panel de catorce (14) jueces cualificados (en el que AWS no tiene un papel con voto) utilizando los criterios establecidos en el Apéndice C. Los premios se otorgarán en tres (3) categorías de premios, con cada categoría dividida en dos (2) subcategorías, y un (1) premio disponible en cada subcategoría, según lo establecido en el Apéndice C, para un total de seis (6) premios. En caso de empate, el Presidente del Jurado tendrá el voto decisivo para deshacer cualquier empate.

Las candidaturas que no cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en estos Términos y Condiciones podrán ser descalificadas a discreción exclusiva de AWS. Los ganadores serán seleccionados y anunciados antes del 26 de junio de 2026. AWS se reserva el derecho de sustituir un premio (o parte del mismo) por un artículo de valor comparable o superior, a discreción exclusiva de AWS.

Si eres seleccionado como posible ganador del Concurso, el Presidente del Jurado, en nombre de AWS, se pondrá en contacto contigo a través de la dirección de correo electrónico que proporcionaste al inscribirte en el Concurso antes del 26 de junio de 2026. El premio se distribuirá mediante transferencia bancaria a través del proveedor aprobado por AWS, Volies, antes del 26 de julio de 2026. No proporcionar la información solicitada o no responder a las comunicaciones sobre el Concurso dentro de un período de tiempo razonable, según lo determine AWS a su exclusiva discreción, puede resultar en la pérdida del premio.

Al aceptar el premio, confirmas que su recepción por tu parte no está prohibida ni es inconsistente con las leyes, regulaciones u órdenes vinculantes aplicables, incluidas las normas éticas o de contratación aplicables, la recepción no creará un conflicto de intereses para AWS, y no hay procesos de contratación competitivos en curso para los cuales tu recepción de este beneficio podría entrar en conflicto con la ejecución del Concurso por parte de AWS.

AWS recabará la siguiente información personal para el Concurso con el único propósito de administrar el Concurso y verificar la elegibilidad de los participantes: nombre, institución educativa, ciudad, estado o provincia, país y dirección de correo electrónico. No proporcionar toda la información personal necesaria puede resultar en que la candidatura en el Concurso se considere no elegible. AWS maneja tu información de acuerdo con la Política de Privacidad de AWS.

Una lista de ganadores estará disponible en aws.amazon.com/es/government-education/skills-to-jobs-tech-alliance/spain/aws-futuro-ia/national-teacher-prize/award-winners/ hasta un año después del 26 de junio de 2026. La aceptación del premio por parte del ganador constituye el permiso para que AWS utilice los nombres o imágenes de los ganadores, y la ciudad, estado o provincia, y país, si se envían a AWS, para cualquier divulgación requerida por la ley, incluida una lista de ganadores, y para fines publicitarios y promocionales relacionados con el Concurso en cualquier medio ahora o en el futuro ideado, a nivel mundial a perpetuidad (o en la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable), sin compensación, notificación o permiso adicionales, a menos que esté prohibido por la ley.

El Concurso está patrocinado por AWS. AWS se reserva el derecho de cancelar o modificar el Concurso en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo. AWS y sus afiliados y licenciantes no serán responsables ante ti bajo ninguna causa de acción o teoría de responsabilidad relacionada con el Concurso, incluso si una parte ha sido advertida de la posibilidad de tales daños, por (a) daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o ejemplares, o (b) pérdida de beneficios, ingresos, clientes, oportunidades o fondo de comercio. En cualquier caso, la responsabilidad agregada de AWS y sus afiliados y licenciantes bajo estos Términos y Condiciones no excederá los 100 USD. Las limitaciones en este párrafo se aplicarán solo en la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable.

APÉNDICE A

Cada participación debe incluir:

• Respuestas a una serie de preguntas relacionadas con los criterios de evaluación, donde la plantilla oficial se proporcionará en el formulario de solicitud de AWS Pulse durante la presentación; y
• Un enlace a un vídeo de YouTube de hasta tres (3) minutos que refleje el impacto de tu trabajo docente, que debe incluir una explicación, cualquier imagen del proyecto y cualquier testimonio.

APÉNDICE B

Requisitos de participación:

• Debe ser Profesor de Primaria, Secundaria, Formación Profesional o Universidad en activo;
• Debe pertenecer a cualquier institución educativa (pública, concertada o privada);
• Debe tener un mínimo de tres (3) años de experiencia docente;
• Debe trabajar un mínimo de diez (10) horas semanales con estudiantes;
• Debe comprometerse a permanecer en la profesión durante al menos un año después del Concurso; y
• No debe tener ningún expediente disciplinario o penal en educación.

Para la categoría de premio 3, establecida en el Apéndice C, también deben cumplirse los siguientes requisitos:

• Pertenecer a uno de los 2 niveles educativos del premio: Formación Profesional o Universidad
• Haber obtenido al menos 18 puntos en el criterio de evaluación 3 – "Integración de tecnologías emergentes en el aprendizaje".

• Se evalúa la integración de tecnologías emergentes (IA, nube, desarrollo de aplicaciones, ciberseguridad, etc.) en términos de cómo mejora la preparación de los estudiantes para el mercado laboral, en línea con los objetivos de AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance. 
• Puntos máximos: 25

Criterios 2: Aplicación práctica de tecnologías emergentes en contextos reales

• Se evalúa la integración de tecnologías emergentes (IA, nube, desarrollo de aplicaciones, ciberseguridad, etc.) en términos de cómo mejora la preparación de los estudiantes para el mercado laboral, en línea con los objetivos de AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance.
• Puntos máximos: 25
  

Criterios 3: Diseño transferible en línea con estándares técnicos

• Se evalúa la integración de tecnologías emergentes (IA, nube, desarrollo de aplicaciones, ciberseguridad, etc.) en términos de cómo mejora la preparación de los estudiantes para el mercado laboral, en línea con los objetivos de AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance.
• Puntos máximos: 25
  

• Se evalúa si el proyecto fomenta una visión crítica de la tecnología, abordando aspectos como sesgos, accesibilidad, protección de datos, diversidad y sostenibilidad, en alineación con los valores de las iniciativas de AWS.

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By submitting your entry to the National Teacher Prize ("Contest"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

From December 17, 2025 to April 30, 2026 ("Contest Period"), register and submit an entry through the AWS Pulse application form for a chance to win EUR €2,000. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements set out in Appendix A. Must be at least 18 years of age, live in Spain, be an active educator and comply with the additional eligibility requirements set out in Appendix B. Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), employees of AWS, and their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per person.

Judging Criteria:

All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be judged and rated by a panel of fourteen (14) qualified judges (on which AWS does not have a voting role) utilizing the criteria set out in Appendix C. Prizes will be awarded across three (3) prize categories, with each prize category divided into two (2) sub-categories, and one (1) prize available in each sub-category, as set out in Appendix C, for the total of six (6) prizes. In the event of a tie, the President of the Judges will have the casting vote to break any tie.

Entries that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified in AWS’s sole discretion.  Winners will be selected and announced by June 26, 2026.  AWS reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) for an item of comparable or greater value, at AWS’s sole discretion.

If you are selected as a potential winner of Contest, the President of the Judges, on behalf of AWS, will contact you by the email address you submit to enter the Contest by June 26, 2026.  The prize will be distributed via bank transfer through AWS-approved vendor, Volies by July 26, 2026.  Failure to provide the requested information or to respond to communications about the Contest within a reasonable period of time, as determined by AWS in its sole discretion, may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

By accepting the prize, you confirm that your receipt is neither prohibited nor inconsistent with any applicable laws, regulations, or binding orders, including applicable ethics or procurement rules, your receipt will not create a conflict of interest for AWS, and there are no ongoing competitive procurements for which your receipt of this benefit could conflict with AWS's execution of the Contest.

The following personal information will be collected by AWS for the Contest solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and verifying participant eligibility: name, education institution, city, state or province, country and email address.  Failure to provide all necessary personal information may result in participants’ participation in the Contest being deemed ineligible.  AWS handles your information in accordance with AWS Privacy Notice.

A winners list will be available at aws.amazon.com/es/government-education/skills-to-jobs-tech-alliance/spain/aws-futuro-ia/national-teacher-prize/award-winners/ for up to a year after June 26, 2026. Acceptance of prize by the winner constitutes permission for AWS to use winners’ names or likenesses, and city, state or province, and country, if submitted to AWS, for any disclosures required by law, including a winners list, and for advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Contest in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity (or to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law), without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

The Contest is sponsored by AWS. AWS reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time and for any reason. AWS and its affiliates and licensors will not be liable to you under any cause of action or theory of liability relating to the Contest, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages, for (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or (b) lost profits, revenues, customers, opportunities, or goodwill. In any case, AWS and its affiliates’ and licensors’ aggregate liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed USD $100. The limitations in this paragraph shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

APPENDIX A

Each entry must include:

• Answers to a series of questions related to the evaluation criteria, where the official template will be provided on the AWS Pulse application form during submission; and       
• A link to a YouTube video of up to three (3) minutes reflecting the impact of your teaching work, which should include an explanation, any images of the project and any testimonials.

• Must be an active Primary, Secondary, Vocational, or University Teacher;
• Must be from any educational institution (public, chartered, or private);
• Must have minimum three (3) years teaching experience;
• Must work minimum of ten (10) hours weekly with students;
• Must commit to remaining in the profession for at least one year after the Contest; and
• Must not have any disciplinary or criminal record in education.

For prize category 3, set out in Appendix C, the following requirements must also be met:

• Be from one of the 2 educational levels of the prize: Vocational Training or University
• Have obtained at least 18 points in the evaluation criterion 3 – “Integration of emerging technologies into learning”.
  

Judging criteria for prize category 1 and 2:

1. Educational impact

• Demonstrable improvement in student learning (academic, social, emotional).
• Max. points: 25

2. Pedagogical innovation

• Usage/development of active methodologies and innovative approaches adapted in coherence to the specific educational context.
  
• Max. points: 25
  

• Pedagogical application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, programming, data analysis, educational robotics or digital development tools, significantly integrated into the educational process not only as technical resources, but within a STEM methodological approach that improves the preparation of students for the challenges of the 21st century. This can be exemplified, only as one example, by initiatives promoted by programs such as Amazon Future Engineer, Think Big Space or AWS Futuro IA, which encourage the use of techno-educational tools like PartyRock.

• The project's capacity to apply technologies such as cloud computing, programming, automation, data analysis, or AI in real or simulated situations is evaluated, aligned with the approaches of AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance and Futuro IA.

• An analysis is conducted to determine whether the proposal can be replicated in other institutions or programs, and whether it is based on industry best practices (use of platforms such as AWS Academy, Skill Builder, or Educate; connection with technical certifications).

4. Ethical, inclusive and sustainable awareness of the use of technology

• The project is assessed on whether it fosters a critical view of technology, addressing aspects such as bias, accessibility, data protection, diversity, and sustainability, in alignment with the values of AWS initiatives.
