AWS Ground Station is billed in per-minute increments.

Backup Ground Station service for one week
A satellite operator experiences a failure to a critical antenna system component at their remote ground station. Their antenna system will be unavailable for operations for the next week until a technician can arrive on-site to install the spare part. This site is critical for the satellite operator's business. The operator decides to use AWS Ground Station for a week since it is available for use on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis. Since the satellite operator already uses AWS S3 for data collection, they seamlessly connect AWS Ground Station to their S3 bucket.
Price factors include: The price to use AWS Ground Station as a backup to you own ground network is based on the total number of minutes used during service period and type of service required. For this scenario we assume that AWS Ground Station will be used for one week to support three (3) narrowband (NB) passes per day. Each pass will be 7 minutes in duration. These passes will all be billed at the Narrowband On Demand rate ($10 per minute).

For this scenario we assume that AWS Ground Station will be used for twelve months to support one hundred sixty-five (165) wideband (WB) minutes per month. These passes will all be billed at the Wideband Reserved rate ($10 per minute).
