Capella Space Reinvents Earth Observation with AWS Ground Station

Capella Space is an American space company that operates a network of small observation satellites that take precise measurements to track changes on Earth. Using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Capella Space combines Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technologies and AWS Ground Station to innovate and improve earth observation by creating a rapid-response space, ground, and cloud infrastructure for near-real-time insight into a changing world. Using a combination of hourly, all weather, day, and night satellite observation with low-latency Ground Stations from AWS and services like Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute (Amazon EC2) and Amazon Rekognition, Capella Space is helping to save lives and protect the Earth.
