AWS Cloud Day Dublin registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the Partner Expo, AWS Expo booths and Start-Up Loft. Drinks and meals offered during the day. Accomodation and transportation is not included in the registration.

You may cancel your AWS Cloud Day Dublin registration by contacting us. Note: we will go ahead and cancel your ticket, but we might not confirm your cancellation by email.

Onsite at the AWS Cloud Day Dublin, breakout sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register.

The event venue has a car park with multiple floors parking space (insert details here).

On the day of the event the registraiton will open at 00:00 (add timezone here).

To collect your event badge, you will need the QR code as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

No, there is no storage onsite.

The AWS Events app will be available to download one week before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.

The AWS Cloud Day Dublin, at The CCD has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at this email address [event contact email address] at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations. Also, for your accesibility support requests when you come to the event venue request help at the registration desk, we will do our best to provide support.

At AWS Cloud Day Dublin the food served will be Halal. Vegetarian/Vegan options are labelled at lunch. Please ask us for gluten free, Kosher or other food options.

If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.
