Open allWhether you’re an AWS enthusiast or a brand new user, there’s something for everyone at the AWS Summit Warsaw.
All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and hands-on technical training. Our wide variety of sessions are designed to help all levels of AWS user connect, collaborate and learn.
You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.
The event will be held at the EXPO XXI in Warsaw, Poland on 6 May 2026.
EXPO XXI is located near the city center and easily accessible by public transport. Take any tram lines to Rondo Daszyńskiego, then transfer to bus 105, 178, or 255 to Wola train station (Kasprzaka) and walk along Bema Street. Alternatively, take any tram to Sokołowska stop and walk along Bema Street. The venue is a 20-min taxi drive from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Parking is available onsite (parking fees won't be covered by the event). Find your way there or see here for more information.
No. Registration is complimentary and enables access to the keynote, sessions, Expo, meals, and receptions.
No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other travel associated costs.
There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.
Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.
To check-in and collect your event badge, bring your QR code (sent via email few days prior to the event) and a government-issued photo ID. An additional reminder email with more event details will be sent closer to the event.
Registration cannot be transferred. If you can no longer attend, please contact us aws-emea-central-events@amazon.com to let us know.
The event agenda will be posted on the agenda page linked in the navigation as soon as it becomes available.
No. Space in the keynote hall is limited and registering for AWS Summit does not guarantee keynote access. The keynote will be livestreamed in the Expo and in breakout rooms to accommodate overflow seating.
No, there is no reserved seating. All seats are first come, first seated, so please arrive early to sessions you are interested in seeing.
The AWS Code of Conduct can be viewed here. All participants must comply with it.
AWS Summit Warsaw does not offer continuing or professional education credits nor does AWS offer a certificate of attendance. Attendees can participate in Training & Certification sessions onsite, but please note credits will not be awarded.
If you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email within few hours after registering. If you have not received your confirmation email and it is not in your SPAM folder, please contact us aws-emea-central-events@amazon.com.
Yes, lactation rooms are designed to provide a private and secure space for attendees.
Accessibility
Open allEXPO XII has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation (no hotel bookings) requests, please contact us aws-emea-central-events@amazon.com at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable arrangements.
Service animals are welcome at AWS Summit Paris. For guest hotel rooms, there are specific guidelines around service and support animals at each hotel property. Please connect directly with your hotel’s reservation team or concierge prior to arriving for more information.
