AWS currently holds Lot 3 Cloud (low, moderate, and high risk) Contract PM69693 under the Information Technology Umbrella Contract - Manufacturer Based (statewide) Group 73600 - Award 22802, and can facilitate the sale of cloud services to the State of New York under this contract's terms and conditions. This contract is available for use by New York state agencies, political subdivisions, local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other non-public/nonprofit organizations.
