TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By enrolling in the Skill Builder Team Subscription (“SBTS”) and submitting the unique customer code   (the “Promotion Code”) provided by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) during the Skill Builder Team Subscription Self Check Out (“Check Out”), you agree to the promotional offer’s terms and conditions.

• From January 1, 2026 12:01 am PT to December 31, 2026 11:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”), eligible customers may enroll in the SBTS and submit a Promotion Code during Check Out to receive either a 30-day free trial or discount up to 100% (as determined by Amazon in its sole discretion) for a SBTS.
• In order to participate in this promotion, customers must have an AWS Account ID (each, an “Eligible Customer”).
• Eligible Customers will receive their Promotion Code at the email address provided to register their AWS Account. Eligible Customers must use their Promotion Codes during the Promotion Period.  
• Promotion Types. Promotion Codes provide either a 30-day free trial or discount up to 100% for a SBTS (each, a “Promotion Type”). Promotion Types are determined by Amazon in its sole discretion before Eligible Customers receive their Promotion Code. Eligible Customers cannot choose which Promotion Type they receive. 
• Promotional Application. The Promotion Code must be applied during Check Out.
• Calculating the Promotion Period: The 30-day free trial begins on the date the applicable AWS Account enrolls in the SBTS using a free-trial Promotion Code.  Each 12-month SBTS discount applies on the date the applicable AWS Account enrolls in the 12-month SBTS using a discount Promotion Code.
• After the Discount Period: Upon expiration or termination of the Promotion Type, customers must enroll in a new SBTS to continue using the Skill Builder service.
• This offer is only valid for AWS Account holders 18 years and older.  Excludes individuals living in Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the region of Crimea and Ukraine. 
• Offer limited to one Promotional Code per AWS customer.
• Offer may not be combined with other offers. If a customer qualifies for multiple discounts, the largest discount will apply. 
• AWS Promotional Credits are subject to the terms and conditions set forth at https://aws.amazon.com/awscredits/. AWS Promotional Credits have no monetary value.
•  AWS reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Offer cannot be refunded or re-issued. 
• If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.
• Void where prohibited.
• Your information is handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
