How it works
To activate AWS Countdown Premium, log in to the AWS Support Console and navigate to Support Add-Ons. Simply click 'Sign up' and complete the form. Begin this process 2-3 weeks before your critical event. The service operates on a flexible monthly subscription. Note that AWS Countdown Premium is available as a paid add-on for Business Support+ and Enterprise Support customers, while Unified Operations plan customers receive one recurring subscription included with their plan.
