Eddy Koi, senior engineering manager at Cellulant, shares how Cellulant wored with the AWS Enterprise Support team to expedite growth into new markets without sacrificing reliability. Cellulant was assigned a technical account manager (TAM) who learned about Cellulant’s infrastructure, architecture, and platform strategy to provide recommendations for cloud optimization and cost savings. Cellulant implemented the TAMs recommendations, and as a result, the company achieved over 15 percent cost savings on the platform while up-leveling its cloud architecture.
