宣布在希臘雅典正式推出新的 AWS Local Zone
AWS 今天宣布希臘雅典的新 Local Zone 正式推出。雅典 Local Zone 是 EMEA 中第二個支援 Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) 和 Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS) Local Snapshots 的 Local Zone，讓客戶可在希臘境內儲存和處理資料，以協助滿足當地資料落地需求。
雅典的 Local Zone 支援 Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) 的 C7i、M7i 和 R7i 執行個體、Amazon S3 的 One Zone-Infrequent Access 儲存類別、Amazon EBS 的本機快照和磁碟區類型 gp3、gp2、io1、sc1 和 st1、Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS)、Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS)、Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC)、AWS Direct Connect 和 Application Load Balancer。
使用案例包括需符合嚴格資料落地要求的公共部門服務、需要在國內處理資料的金融應用程式，以及受惠於個位數毫秒延遲的即時遊戲與互動式體驗。客戶可使用 AWS 區域中提供的相同 API、工具和安全功能，無最低承諾用量，並採用包含隨需、Savings Plans 和 Spot 執行個體的依用量計費定價。
