How it works
Connect your agent
Your agent connects to desktop applications through a managed Amazon WorkSpaces environment and a standard MCP endpoint. Authenticate through IAM, point your agent framework at the endpoint, and the agent accesses a Windows desktop configured with the applications you specify.
Agents take action on the desktop
Once connected, the agent reads the screen, clicks, types, and navigates menus — working with applications as they exist today, including tools with no API. It moves between applications to complete multistep workflows: filling forms, extracting data, and updating records across systems.
Stay in control
Every session runs inside a governed WorkSpace with the same admin controls, policies, and audit logging your IT team already uses. Administrators set permissions, monitor sessions, and can revoke access when needed.
