Posted on: Aug 14, 2019

Amazon Neptune is now available in the AWS GovCloud (US-West) Region. Amazon’s isolated infrastructure and services are designed to host sensitive data and regulated workloads in the cloud for customers who have U.S. federal, state, and local government compliance requirements.

Amazon Neptune is a fast, reliable, fully managed graph database service that makes it easy to build and run applications that work with highly connected datasets and supports the popular graph models Property Graph and W3C's RDF. Now you can create Neptune instances in AWS GovCloud (US-West) to build applications using Apache TinkerPop Gremlin or SPARQL queries that efficiently navigate highly connected datasets.

You can use Amazon Neptune in the following AWS regions: US East (N. Virginia, Ohio), US West (Oregon), AWS GovCloud (US-West), Europe (Frankfurt, Ireland, London, Stockholm), and Asia Pacific (Mumbai, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo). For more information on AWS regions and services, please visit the AWS global region table.
