We're excited to announce availability of AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT Device Management in the AWS Middle East (UAE) Region. The AWS Middle East (UAE) Region is the second Region in the Middle East, in addition to the Middle East (Bahrain) Region.
AWS IoT Core is a managed cloud service that connects billions of IoT devices and routes trillions of messages to other AWS services without managing any infrastructure. With this launch, customers will have access to AWS IoT Core features, including message broker, registry, device shadow and rules engine.
AWS IoT Device Management allows customers to search, organize, monitor and remotely manage connected devices at scale. With this launch, customers in the UAE will have have access to AWS IoT Device Management features, such as fleet indexing, search, device logging and jobs.
This expansion brings availability of AWS IoT to 23 AWS Regions worldwide.
