We are excited to announce that Pearson VUE will deliver AWS Certification exams through its extensive network of more than 5,000 testing centers in 180 countries worldwide. Now, you have even more choices and flexibility to distinguish your expertise. AWS Certifications builds credibility and confidence by validating individuals’ cloud expertise.

The AWS Certified Developer – Associate exam has been updated to reflect the latest services and best practices related to the AWS Developer role. Though there are no prerequisites, we recommend candidates have one or more years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining an AWS-based application and an understanding of AWS services and architectural best practices. We have also released an updated exam guide to help prepare you for the new exam.

The new AWS Certified Security – Specialty exam allows experienced cloud security professionals to demonstrate and validate their knowledge of how to secure the AWS platform. The security exam covers incident response, logging and monitoring, infrastructure security, identity and access management, and data protection. It is open to anyone who currently holds an Associate or Cloud Practitioner certification. We also have trainings and other resources to help you prepare for the exam.
