AWS Week in Review – April 1, 2013

Let’s take a quick look at what happened in AWS-land last week:

Monday, April 1	To celebrate April Fool’s Day, we released PC2 – the Punched Card Cloud.
Tuesday, April 2	We announced that Amazon Redshift and the the EC2 High Storage Instances are now available in the US West (Oregon) Region. The AWS Ruby Blog talked about Logging HTTP Wire Traces.
Wednesday, April 3	We reduced the price of Amazon S3 requests. We announced that you can now use variables in AWS Access Control Policies.
Thursday, April 4	We added new Tag Management Tools to the EC2 Management Console. We reduced the price of EC2 Windows On-Demand Instances.
Friday, April 5	An article in the AWS Java Blog addressed the topic of Working with Different AWS Regions.
Friday, April 6	The AWS Mobile Blog covered the topic of Logging With the AWS SDK for Android.
