Martin Schleicher has more than 25 years of experience with software in the automotive industry. Since 2021, he has been working at Continental as Head of Software Strategy in the "Software and Central Technologies" division, driving the Software-Defined Vehicle forward. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Elektrobit, a leading provider of automotive software. Martin has been playing and coaching junior teams in Field hockey, where he learned that teams can achieve outstanding results by continuously practicing and improving their skills.
