Moderna Webinar: Building the Digital Biotech Company
Moderna is advancing messenger RNA (mRNA) science to create a new class of mRNA medicines designed to direct the patient’s own cells to produce proteins that have a therapeutic or preventive benefit. Developing therapeutics and vaccines for a variety of diseases challenges process development and operations to establish agile and flexible manufacturing, capable of executing complex bioprocesses. Optimizing the digital infrastructure of the entire organization- from back office, to small batch manufacturing, to delivery of drug candidates to patients in clinical studies- requires integrated and intelligent systems. Hear from Moderna’s Chief Digital and Operational Excellence Officer how they have used AWS to eliminate data silos, accelerate data-driven decisions at an enterprise level, and established a production environment capable of consistent delivery of complex drug products including a “batch of one”.
In this webinar you will learn:
- How Moderna uses cloud computing, analytics and data science to accelerate the research, discovery, and clinical development of messenger RNA therapies
- How Moderna has created a fully digital infrastructure to fully leverage the value of data and facilitate a complex production environment
- How to optimize digital tools, data, and automation to create a flexible and highly integrated biotech enterprise to drive rapid growth
