Amazon Bio Discovery Documentation
Amazon Bio Discovery gives scientists access to biological AI models designed to generate and evaluate potential antibody candidates and AI agents designed to help scientists select models to research, optimize inputs, and evaluate candidates before sending them to integrated lab partners for synthesis and testing. Results are routed back to the application for analysis and model refinement, creating a lab-in-the-loop experimentation cycle designed to build institutional knowledge with each iteration.
Build
Amazon Bio Discovery is designed for scientists to access a catalog of biological AI models with benchmarks designed to show model performance on antibody optimization tasks. AI agents are designed to help you select and orchestrate models for your research goals, or your computational biologist to create custom multi-step pipelines combining hosted models or with proprietary models. Published pipelines can become self-service templates your team can reuse.
Design
Amazon Bio Discovery is designed for scientists to work with AI agents to upload target structures and define research goals. The agent is designed to identify optimal binding hotspots, recommend design parameters, and explain its reasoning with literature references. Your pipeline is designed to generate ranked candidates based on structural confidence, binding affinity, and humanness.
Test
AI agents use optimization designed to recommend candidates from your array. You are able to filter by certain criteria, select top performers, and submit to integrated lab partners.
Learn
Wet-lab results route back to your originating experiment. You can compare predictions against outcomes, then utilize results to refine models on your proprietary data for predictions in the next cycle.
