Circe Tsui, Associate Director, Solutions Architecture at Emory University

As an associate director, solutions architecture in the Emory University Office of Information Technology (OIT) Research Solutions Unit, Circe leads a team enabling research with innovative technologies. She works closely with researchers in all aspects of the cloud, from architecture and design to budgeting and education. 

Prior to joining Emory OIT, Circe served as a software engineer and technology partner to researchers in several different areas at Emory University. In those roles, she developed clinical research tracking systems, research subject registries and genomic analysis pipelines. Those years working with various research applications in the field have given her unique understanding of the challenges faced by researchers and how best to address them.

Circe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Idaho State University and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.  

Circe lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and enjoys outdoor activities.
