Noora Siddiqui, Senior Cloud Engineer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Noora is a life scientist by education, a cloud engineer by profession, and an educator by passion. Prior to joining the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trial Consortium (PCCTC) at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Noora was a Senior Cloud Engineer at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM), where she pioneered the design, development, and implementation of one of the first clinical genomics pipelines running at scale in the cloud. Noora has experience working on multi-center studies driving innovation in precision medicine. This includes the ground-breaking “All of Us” Research Program.

Noora studied biology and gained her M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in the use of high-performance computing to explore complex challenges in drug discovery. During this time, she received a prestigious fellowship from the Department of Energy. She is a self-taught cloud enthusiast and active speaker committed to education and enablement. Currently, she serves as a mentor for Muslim Women in Tech.
