AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru is an invite-only event. To attend, please submit your registration. Our team will review your submission and notify you, if your registration has been confirmed. AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru 2026 is free in-person event.

AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru is hosted on January 22, 2026 (09:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST) at the Sheraton Grand Whitefield, Bengaluru.

All sessions are conducted in English.

• Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an email informing that your interest to attend AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru 2026 has been captured.
• If your registration for the event is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the same.
• Confirmed registrants will receive a unique QR code 24-48 hours prior to the event for seamless on-site registration and entry. Your unique QR code will also be sent to your email ID/mobile number on the morning of the event so please make sure to double check your details when completing your registration.

The event features keynotes presented by industry and technology leaders, technical deep-dive sessions on agentic AI, generative AI, data foundations, analytics on AWS, 1:1 interaction with AWS AI/ML, data & analytics experts, and more. The AWS AI Conclave event will serve as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and fostering collaborations, empowering attendees to harness the transformative potential of these cutting-edge technologies. Meals offered includes morning breakfast, lunch and hi-tea.

Your ticket has been created specifically for you, and the AWS Event Terms and Conditions do not permit the transfer of tickets.

Yes, you will be required to show valid government approved photo identification upon arrival to collect your badge for AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru.

You will receive an email with a link to watch the recorded sessions from AWS AI Conclave Bengaluru post when they become available for on-demand viewing.

We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options we recommend that you bring your own meals with you, or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.

First aid facility staffed by a trained paramedic will be provided at the venue. Please reach out to them for help.

Attendees must be 18 years of age or over on the day of the event.
