All Builders Welcome Grant

The All Builders Welcome (ABW) Grant was started to provide early-career technologists the support and access they need to succeed — allowing the next generation of builders to develop new skills, find community, and contribute to the future of technology.  

The ABW Grant covers the cost of in-person attendance to re:Invent 2026 for those just beginning their journey into tech or are within the first five years of their career. This year, a limited number of grants will also be awarded to select university students preparing for a role in tech. 

Throughout re:Invent, grant participants will have access to the full agenda alongside a specially curated program featuring a welcome event, peer meetup, and mentorship with AWS experts. Participants leave with lasting relationships and a network they can rely on throughout their careers.

The Grant covers a full conference pass, airfare, and hotel accommodations for five nights. Applications are now open and close on July 14.

You may not defer your participation in the Program to the next year, except in rare circumstances and only with explicit approval by AWS, in our sole discretion.
