How do I attend AWS Summit Bengaluru?

AWS Summit Bengaluru is a by-invite-only event. If you have received an invitation, please complete your registration using the form here for Innovators Edition and for Technical Edition. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the event. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please email us at aws-india-marketing@amazon.com. Where is AWS Summit Bengaluru hosted?

AWS Summit Bengaluru is hosted on May 7 and 8, 2025 (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM IST) at the KTPO Exhibition Center, Whitefield.

All sessions are conducted in English.

Can I get a confirmation of my AWS Summit Bengaluru registration?

Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your registration for AWS Summit Bengaluru 2025.
Confirmed registrants will receive a unique QR code 24-48 hours prior to the event on their registered email ID for seamless on-site registration and entry.
Your unique QR code will also be sent to your mobile number on the morning of the event, so please ensure your contact details are accurate when completing your registration.

Can I transfer my registration ticket to a friend or colleague?

Your ticket has been created specifically for you, and the AWS Event Terms and Conditions do not permit the transfer of tickets.

Do I need to bring photo ID?

Yes, you will be required to show valid government approved photo identification upon arrival to collect your badge for AWS Summit Bengaluru.

Will the sessions be shared after the event?

You will receive an email with a link to watch the recorded sessions post when they become available post AWS Summit India Online.

Do you offer meals for those with dietary requirements?

We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options we recommend that you bring your own meals with you, or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.

What do I do in the case of an injury?

First aid facility staffed by a trained paramedic will be provided at the venue. Please reach out to them for help.

Are people under the age of 18 years old allowed to attend AWS Summit Bengaluru?

Attendees must be 18 years of age or over on the day of the event.
