• Can I get a confirmation of my AWS Summit Bengaluru registration?

  • Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an email informing that your interest to attend AWS Summit Bengaluru 2024 has been captured.
  • If your registration for the event is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the same. 
  • Confirmed registrants will receive a unique QR code 24-48 hours prior to the event for seamless on-site registration and entry. Your unique QR code will also be sent to your mobile number on the morning of the event so please make sure to double check your details when completing your registration.

• Are there sessions in other languages?

  All sessions are conducted in English.

• Health and Safety at AWS Summit Bengaluru

  • Are COVID-19 measures currently being implemented at AWS Summit Bengaluru?
    • No. We will not require use of a face covering, proof of vaccination against COVID-19, or a negative COVID-19 test result to attend AWS Summit Bengaluru.
       
  • What happens if I test positive for COVID-19 or was in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 during AWS Summit Bengaluru?
    • If you test positive for COVID-19 or were in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please follow guidance provided by MoHFW for testing, isolation, masking, distancing, and seeking medical guidance.

  Event registration is free of charge.
  

• Can I transfer my registration ticket to a friend or colleague?

  Your ticket has been created specifically for you, and the AWS Event Terms and Conditions do not permit the transfer of tickets.
  

• What is included in the event registration?

  AWS Summit Bengaluru will feature presentations with global and local AWS and customer stories, a live keynote over 60+ breakout sessions led by AWS experts, customers, and partners. At the event, you can get hands-on with technology and have your technical questions answered by the AWS team and partners. Meals offered include morning tea, lunch and evening refreshments each day.

• Can I get a confirmation of my AWS Summit Bengaluru registration?

  • Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an email informing that your interest to attend AWS Summit Bengaluru has been captured.

• Do I need to bring photo ID?

  Yes, you will be required to show valid Government approved photo identification upon arrival to collect your badge for AWS Summit Bengaluru.
  

• Will the sessions be shared after the event?

  Recordings of the keynotes and the AWS sessions will be available AWS Summit India Online. You will also will receive an email with a link to watch the recorded sessions post when they become available post AWS Summit India Online.
  

• Do you offer meals for those with dietary requirements?

  We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options we recommend that you bring your own meals with you, or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.
  

• What accessibility accommodations are available?

  The event venue – Sheraton Grand Whitefield, Bengaluru, has been designed to make everyone’s visit a fully accessible and inclusive event experience. Read more about the venue’s accessibility. If you require additional assistance with any specific mobility, vision, hearing, or other kinds of assistance please email us at least two weeks prior to the event.
  

• Are people under the age of 18 years old allowed to attend AWS Summit Bengaluru?
