AWS Summit Bengaluru FAQs

AWS Summit Bengaluru is ideal for IT and business executives, business and technical decision makers, developers, engineers, system administrators, and systems architects. Session content will accommodate all levels of familiarity, from beginner (level 100) to expert (level 400). Attendees can choose between lecture-style presentations, interactive learning guided by AWS experts, customer keynotes, the expo floor, and much more.

AWS Summit Bengaluru is hosted on May 7 and 8, 2025 (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM IST) at the KTPO Exhibition Center, Whitefield.

AWS Summit Bengaluru is free in-person event.

KTPO Exhibition Center is located at Plot NO.121, Road no V, EPIP 2nd phase Whitefiled industrial area. Bengaluru, India 560-066, with easy access to public transport.  Map.

Complimentary parking is available at the venue but is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. AWS recommends all attendees to use public transportation to commute to the event venue. AWS does not reimburse travel-associated costs.

There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual and suits to hooded sweatshirts and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.
