Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta is the Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited since May 2009, the largest private sector general insurance company in India.. In his past career Mr. Dasgupta occupied the position of Executive Director at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in 2006 and Sr GM & Head - International Banking Group at ICICI Bank in 1992. Bhargav Dasgupta received an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Tejas Goenka is the Managing Director at Tally Solutions, working on making connected business environment a reality for small and medium businesses via the next generation Tally product roadmap. Seeing the tremendous opportunity to positively impact the lives of millions of entrepreneurs across the globe, he is expanding Tally's footprint beyond India to the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia, the United States and Canada.

Tejas' customer centric approach has driven Tally's strong selling and servicing partner network, that comprises over 28,000 partners, to a more accountable, higher quality network resulting in aggressive business growth. Living the philosophy of simplifying the lives of MSMEs with technology and products made for them, Tejas led Tally's transition into the GST era with the enhanced product capability and distribution network, taking Tally to a 2 million+ strong license base.

An alumnus of University of Pennsylvania, he joined Tally in 2011. Tejas enjoys reading, travelling and has an avid interest in Math.

Vikas Purohit hailing from Udaipur is a graduate of IITBHU and IIM Bangalore. He decided early on in life to work in the retail/consumer domain in India. Vikas is currently with the Tata Group and is the CEO of Tata Cliq. His past work experience includes the Aditya Birla Group, Reliance, and Amazon, through which he got exposed to brands from mass-market to bridge-to-luxury. He has essayed versatile roles, including in distribution mediums from wholesale to retail to e-commerce and supply chain, as well as being a marketing and business head.

Vikas firmly believes that this early 21st century is an opportunity to slip through to a digital universe, where the laws of single digit growth, channel blockages, physical infrastructure do not apply, and where caution is optional and common sense obsolete. This should not seem like teen spirit - this is a firm belief that businesses will rewrite the rules of what is feasible in the next 20 years.

Over the years, some of his learnings have become work ethics, here are a few. 1. Work for customers and not for managers, companies, or career. Be a missionary and not a mercenary. 2. Focus on inputs, outputs will follow. 3. Think long term, think scale, and think process. Automation and technology are the biggest enablers for these. 4. People are not replaceable nuts or bolts, they are THE machine which delivers that awesome customer experience. 5. A leader’s job is to be the resource aggregator and not a captain or torch bearer.

Girish Nayak is the Chief Customer Service, Operations & Technology at ICICI Lombard General Insurance. Girish is associated with ICICI Group since 1994. After managing key positions with the bank across project finance, technology management and corporate banking, moved into current role with ICICI Lombard GIC Limited in April 2013.

Sourabh Chatterjee is the Head of Technology, Web Sales, and Travel at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. A passionate digital enthusiast, he spearheads technology initiatives and plays a key role in driving innovation at the company. He is focused on creating, implementing, and delivering better and faster solutions. Sourabh also handles web sales and oversees the travel channel.

Sourabh has over 20 years of IT expertise with a successful track record in creating business value through innovative use of technology in the life and general insurance space, in the US and India. His areas of expertise include e-commerce, technology innovations, enterprise portals, social media analytics, mobile applications, and IT strategy and planning.

Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz General Insurance in 2015, Sourabh worked with ICICI Lombard as Vice President – application development for over four years. Before that, from 1999 to 2011, he held multiple leadership positions across delivery, consulting, and sales for Infosys Technologies in the US.

Sourabh is an electrical engineer and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.

Besides work, Sourabh loves reading fiction, travelling, and spending time with his 13-year-old son.

Asela Perera is the Group Chief Information officer of Dialog Axiata Group, Sri Lanka. Asela is responsible for leading the group’s enterprise IT strategy development & actioning technology throughout the organisation. His prerogatives are to promote professional development among staff, delivering technology solutions using an agile delivery model to deliver highly scalable services managing large enterprise software & digital enablement projects. He is instrumental for defining and executing the digital transformation roadmap for the organisation.

Prior to helming the current role, Asela has been serving Dialog Axiata for more than 16 years in various capacities in managing the IT, Infrastructure landscape. He has also served as Vice President IT in XL Axiata Indonesia for a period of 1.5 years. Asela is also the 2022 Chairperson of ‘Collective Brains’, which is an Axiata group initiative among their OpCos for technology transformation by virtual centralisation to achieve optimum group wide synergy on cost effectiveness. Asela holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science & engineering from University of Moratuwa and masters of business administration from Edith Cowan University (Australia).

Hizmy is the Chief Digital Officer at Apollo Tyres, which is India’s largest tyre manufacturer operating in Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas with sales in over 100 countries world wide. Hizmy joined from Coats Group Plc where he held the role of Chief Digital & Technology officer and previously the Global Supply Chain Director. He has experience in running complex global supply chains as well as an extensive track record in successfully delivering digital transformation in many areas of the business along with implementation of modern technology, like cloud computing, IOT and Industry 4.0.

Joining Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020, Phil heads the commercial business across APAC and Japan, where he is responsible for the direction and vision of the company as it continues to expand its service portfolio in tandem with infrastructure growth.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Phil leads a diverse team of builders passionate about helping hundreds of thousands of regional customers across all segments and industry verticals, as they innovate and transform their businesses through the most secure, extensive and reliable cloud platform. With more than 25 years of international experience at both large technology organizations and fast-moving startups, Phil brings insight and capability to the growing APAC and Japan customer base to help them harness the power of AWS, using the world’s broadest range of services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, analytics, robotics and machine learning.

Having lived and worked around the world, including spending almost a decade in Singapore, Phil is excited to be back in the region and delivering on Amazon’s guiding principles, particularly customer obsession and operational excellence. He especially enjoys working with customers and partners to learn about their business opportunities and challenges, and to help them deliver value to their customers. 

Before joining AWS he was President of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Hybrid IT business unit and Chief Sales Officer for the corporation and prior to that Dell where he was responsible for Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Group across APAC and Japan. Outside of work, Phil is a keen photographer and often draws creative inspiration from his business travels. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and minor in Communications from the California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in the U.S.

Puneet leads the AWS business in India and South Asia. As the country MD, his charter is to oversee and manage the incubation, planning, and demand for AWS Services from customers across industry segments and verticals in India and South Asia, as well as build and lead customer-centric teams that help organisations innovate and transform using AWS services. 

Prior to joining AWS, he has held leadership roles with McKinsey & Co. and IBM Global Services. As a Partner for McKinsey & Co., Puneet led relationships with enterprise clients, technology providers, private equity firms, and helped grow the Technology and Digital practices in Asia for McKinsey. At IBM, Puneet was a Deputy General Manager for Solutions, Transitions and Global Competency for Asia Pacific.

Vaishali Kasture is the Director of Enterprise Business (Top Enterprise, Mid-market and Global Businesses) for India and South Asia at Amazon Web Services (AWS), India. At AWS, she has led other businesses like ISV (Independent Software Vendors) and Digital Native Business (DNB) for AWS in India. She also managed strategic projects for India. Vaishali has 25 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Credit, Analytics Outsourcing and Consulting Businesses. She has led both sales and operational teams across her tenure. She has worked for at Citi, Infosys, Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. Prior to joining AWS, Vaishali was the India MD& CEO for Experian. She has done her MBA (finance) and is a gold medalist from JBIMS(Mumbai).

Vaishali is passionate about working with Female founders and startups. She co-founded Sonder Connect in 2015 which is the first mentoring platform for female founders in India.

Kumara Raghavan is the Head of AWS Startup Sales for India at Amazon Internet Services Private Limited. He leads a diverse team of business domain experts, technical architects, former startup founders, and investors who are focused on enabling startups in the healthtech, gaming, fintech and other industry segments accelerate their speed to delivery and digital transformation. Kumara and his team assist startups succeed at every stage of their lifecycle – from the time founders conceptualize a startup idea, develop a minimum viable product, acquire their first customers, and scale in India or worldwide.

Prior to joining AWS, Kumara spent 15 years at IBM in leadership roles serving markets across Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Central Europe. He also spent six years at Lenovo leading strategy and sales for Lenovo's Software Defined Infrastructure Solutions across Asia Pacific markets.

Kumara is an alumni of IIM Bangalore and National Institute of Technology Surat.

Srikrishnan leads the India Practice of AWS Professional Services which helps accelerates customers’ cloud adoption. Sri’s team is comprised of Cloud Architects, IT transformation and Innovation Advisory Consultants, Data Scientists, Practice Managers, Domain experts etc. who work with both enterprise and start-up customers across both business and IT side to drive cloud enabled digital transformation leveraging global best practices and deep expertise.

Prior to joining AWS, Sri spent 17+ years at IBM in various local and global leadership roles across the Software and Global Services businesses. Sri has a PG Diploma in Software Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore and a BE from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Ekta is a technologist, and leads the solutions architect team for enterprise business at Amazon Internet Services Private Limited in India. She advises and supports customers with their architecture and digital transformation journey as they migrate and innovate on AWS Cloud.

Prior to becoming an Amazonian, Ekta has extensive experience in architecting large scale systems for the financial services, manufacturing and media industries. High on customer obsession, she is a regular speaker at AWS customer conferences like re:Invent, summit and innovate.
