All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and hands-on technical training. Our wide variety of sessions are designed to help all levels of AWS user connect, collaborate and learn. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

No. Registration is complimentary and includes access to sessions and Expo.
We don't have a dedicated hotel block for this event, but you can review nearby Sydney hotels.
No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other accommodation and travel associated costs.
Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. No shorts and slippers permitted.
Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.
Please bring (1) a valid physical copy of your government issued photo ID, and (2) your e-Ticket to collect your badge.
Your ticket has been created specifically for you, and the AWS Event Terms and Conditions do not permit the transfer of tickets.
AWS expects all participants (attendees, staff, speakers, sponsors, etc.) to comply with the Code of Conduct and behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive environment while at the conference and any conference-related events. Review the AWS Code of Conduct here.
No. We do not offer continuing or professional education credits, or a certificate of attendance.

No, there is no reserved seating. All seats are first come, first seated, so please arrive early to sessions you are interested in seeing.
Accessibility & Inclusion

The breakout sessions during the event will require the use of in-ear headphones—these are provided at the event. However, you are welcome to bring your own AUX cable headphones instead.
If you require additional assistance with any specific mobility, vision, hearing, or other kinds of assistance please email us at least two weeks prior to the event.
We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options, we recommend that you bring your own meals with you or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.
