AWS Organizations is now available in the AWS Secret Region
AWS Organizations, enabling central governance of multiple accounts, is now available in the AWS Secret Region. This launch allows customers to programmatically create new accounts, simplify billing by setting up a single payment method, create groups of accounts to organize workflows, and apply policies to these groups for governance. In addition, AWS Organizations is integrated with other AWS services, enabling central configurations, security mechanisms, and resource sharing across accounts in an organization.
AWS Organizations offers features that enable customers to manage a multi-account environment, including consolidated billing for multiple accounts, policy guardrails to control actions taken on those accounts and resources, and organizational units (OUs) for putting accounts into logical groups within an AWS Organization. In addition, AWS Organizations offers integrations with other AWS services like AWS CloudTrail, which support multi-account capabilities.
