How to sign up for Countdown Premium

  1. Review terms and conditions on the bottom of this page.
  2. Click the "Get Started" button on the AWS Countdown Premium page. You will be redirected to the AWS Support Plans page in the AWS Console to complete the sign up process.
  3. Enter the mandatory information in the sign-up form, and include the promo code "CDP25" in the field "Primary AWS Service".
 

The AWS Service team will reach out to complete processing of your request; engagement will start in 5-7 business days.

From Jan 1, 2026 12:00:00 pm UTC to Dec 31, 2026 12:00:00 pm UTC, the first 100 eligible customers can purchase AWS Countdown Premium at the promotional rate of $7,500 per month for two months or more. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and conditions

By requesting the AWS Countdown Premium Promotion (“the Promotion”), you agree to the promotional offer’s terms and conditions.

  • To request the Promotion, complete the online sign up form for AWS Countdown Premium in your AWS Support Console here between Jan 1, 2026 12:00:00 pm UTC to Dec 31, 2026 12:00:00 pm UTC. This exclusive offer available to the first one hundred customers. Customers are required to enter the promo code "CDP25" in the "Primary AWS Service" field on the online sign up form. AWS will verify your eligibility and, upon confirmation of eligibility, AWS Countdown Premium will be enabled on the account specified in your online sign up within 7 days. You will be billed at $7,500 per month for two months or more of AWS Countdown Premium subscription (the "Promotion Period").
  • Eligibility: In order to be eligible for the Promotional Offer, the AWS account must meet the following criteria:
    • Must not be currently subscribed to AWS Countdown Premium;
    • Must be currently subscribed to AWS Support at the Business Support+, Enterprise Support or Unified Operations plans;
    • Offer excludes accounts registered to addresses in and individuals living in the following: Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the region of Crimea, and Ukraine.
  • After the Promotion Period: After the Promotion Period, the AWS Countdown Premium engagement can be extended at the publicly available pricing as described here. Your CDP engagement can be ended any time by giving 30 days’ notice to unsubscribe from AWS Countdown Premium by sending an email to aws-countdown-subscription@amazon.com. You are not required to maintain AWS Countdown Premium after the end of the Promotion Period in order to receive the Promotion.
  • Terminating the Promotion: You may terminate AWS Countdown Premium at any time during the Promotion Period with 30 days prior notice by sending an email to aws-countdown-subscription@amazon.com with the subscription details, which terminates the Promotion.
  • Offer limited to one per account and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • AWS reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
  • Offer valid while supplies last.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Your information is handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
