Start Business Support+ now with no additional Support charges for 60 days

From December 1, 2025 12:00:00 am UTC to December 31, 2026 12:00:00 pm UTC (the "Promotional Period"), eligible customers can receive promotional benefits for AWS Business Support+ as described below. Terms and conditions apply. 

By submitting your entry ("Expression of Interest"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the AWS Business Support+ Promotion described above:

Requesting the Promotional Offer: During the Promotional Period, customers may submit an Expression of Interest for the AWS Business Support+ promotional offer described above. AWS will verify your eligibility for this offer after receiving the Expression of Interest. If the account is eligible, as described in these Terms and Conditions, AWS Business Support+ will be enabled on the account specified in your Expression of Interest (the "Promotion Account").

Eligibility: The Promotion Account must:

    1. Not be currently subscribed to AWS Support at the Business, Business Support+, Enterprise On-Ramp, or Enterprise levels.
    2. Bill directly with AWS and cannot be associated to a Partner, Reseller, or Solution Provider.
    3. Be current and in good standing.

Promotional Application & Billing:
For Basic Support Customers: The Promotion Account will be charged the standard public pricing for AWS Business Support+, described here, throughout the Discount Period. AWS will issue a refund equal to your monthly Business Support+ charges incurred during the Discount Period for 2 consecutive months (60 days). This refund will be processed according to your AWS account payment method - either as a direct refund to your credit card or as a credit memo for invoice-based customers. For credit card payments, the invoice must be paid in full before any refund is issued. Please note that refund processing may take up to 90 days from the date of invoice payment.

For Developer Support Customers: The Promotion Account will continue to be charged at Business Support+ pricing rates for 2 consecutive months (60 days). During this period, you will be refunded the difference between Business Support+ charges and your Developer Support fees. Any charges beyond the Developer Support pricing will be refunded according to your AWS account payment method - either as a direct refund to your credit card or as a credit memo for invoice-based customers. For credit card payments, the invoice must be paid in full before any refund is issued. Please note that refund processing may take up to 90 days from the date of invoice payment.

Upon trial approval, any existing account credits applicable to Business Support+ usage will be automatically applied and consumed. These credits are non-refundable.

Calculating the Discount Period:

• The Discount Period begins on the date the account identified in the Expression of Interest is enrolled in AWS Business Support+ and runs for 60 consecutive days.

After the Discount Period: After the Discount Period is over, the Promotion Account will remain enrolled in the AWS Business Support+ plan and will be charged as described here: AWS Support Pricing.

Termination: You may terminate AWS Business Support+ at any time during the Discount Period by canceling or changing the AWS Support Plan in your AWS Support Console, or by raising a support case to AWS Support for removal from AWS Business Support+. Terminating AWS Business Support+ automatically terminates the Discount Period. If a customer cancels and subsequently re-subscribes to Business Support+ during the Discount Period, standard Business Support+ rates will apply and the remaining trial period will be forfeited.

Additional Terms:

• This offer is only valid for individuals 18 years or older.
• This offer is limited to one customer and account.
• Offer excludes accounts registered to addresses in and individuals living in the following: Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the region of Crimea, and Ukraine.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Void where prohibited.
• If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.
• Your information is handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
