The Amazon VPC CNI plugin for Kubernetes version 1.3.2 is included by default in all new Amazon EKS clusters. For instructions updating an existing cluster's CNI to v1.3.2, please visit the EKS documentation describing CNI updates.
AWS VPC CNI v1.3.2 includes support for ethernet jumbo frames as a standard configuration, which is especially valuable for data transfer requirements of workloads run on the Amazon EC2 P3dn.24xlarge instance type.
