Updated Training Courses Help APN Partners Gain New Customer Opportunities
The AWS Training and Certification team has launched two updated courses designed to help partners solve real customer issues and provide training content that helps them grow their business. These courses teach APN Partners how to solve technical customer challenges and to have educated, productive discussions with their customers around SAP on AWS, and AWS for Microsoft workloads. AWS Training and Certification creates specific APN Partner courses such as these to help partners understand their customer’s needs and recommend the right AWS solutions at the right time
The first course, AWS Solutions Training for Partners: AWS for Microsoft Workloads (Technical), teaches partners how to solve their customer’s issues by focusing on top migration needs as well as the technical fundamentals of running Microsoft applications on AWS. Partners will have access to the latest case studies and reference architectures to showcase how some AWS customer architectures have been designed for common Microsoft applications, including SQL and Active Directory Server. Partners will learn about the tools available to migrate, develop, build, deploy, manage and operate Microsoft Workloads on AWS. This course is a replacement to the existing AWS for Windows course and is available digitally and via classroom (APN Partner Central login required).
The second course, AWS Solutions Training for Partners: SAP on AWS (Technical), teaches APN Partners how to enhance their existing SAP practice by helping customers migrate their SAP workloads to AWS. Partners will learn the technical fundamentals of running SAP on AWS, how to leverage AWS services for SAP, including commonly deployed architectural patterns. Also include in the course are the latest case studies of customers who have migrated their SAP workloads to AWS and best practices for designing architecture for SAP on AWS. Practical demos and knowledge checks cover how to design and size SAP systems on AWS, choose storage volume types for SAP workloads, and set up and manage SAP-certified instances on AWS. This course is an update to the existing AWS Solutions Training for Partners: SAP on Business course and is available digitally and via classroom (APN Partner Central login required).
