AWS Cost Explorer now offers Savings Plans Recommendations for Member (Linked) Accounts
Customers can now receive Savings Plan recommendations at the member (linked) account level in addition to the existing AWS organization-level recommendations in AWS Cost Explorer.
Customers that decentralize their AWS cost and usage management, as well as AWS solution providers that resell AWS services to end customers, will now be able to estimate and implement cost savings at the individual account level.
Member (linked) accounts can see recommendations based on their own eligible spend (with the right access permissions). Master (payer) accounts can see both recommendations reflecting eligible spend across their entire AWS organization and recommendations at the individual member (linked) account level.
