AWS Marketplace launches Discovery API, making it easier to discover relevant third-party software and data products

AWS Marketplace, a curated digital catalog with 8000+ software listings and data products, has announced general availability of AWS Marketplace Discovery API. This launch enables independent software vendors (ISVs) and data providers to curate and surface a set of third-party software and data products on their web properties through integration with the AWS Marketplace catalog.  

ISVs and data providers will be able to expose relevant third-party software and data products on their web properties to customers. To learn more about a specific product, customers can view more details from the ISV or data provider’s platform or client portal. To make a purchase of a third-party software or data product, customers will be re-directed to AWS Marketplace to complete the transaction. 

Today, AWS Marketplace Discovery API is integrated with Deloitte’s ConvergeHEALTH Miner platform, DLT’s Client Portal, CapGemini’s 890 platform, and BattleFin Ensemble platform with more integrations in progress.
