Third-party software built for Amazon S3 is now available in the Amazon S3 Management Console, powered by AWS Marketplace

Starting today, Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) customers can discover a curated collection of third-party software built for Amazon S3 from within the S3 Management Console. Customers can choose from free or paid software products across SaaS, AMI, CFT, and Container product types, spanning across a wide range of popular categories including Storage, Back-up and Recovery, Data Integration and Analytics, Observability and Monitoring, Security and Threat Detection, and Permissions. 

To explore AWS Marketplace products for Amazon S3, open the S3 console, click on “AWS Marketplace for S3” on the left navigation menu, and choose a category of interest, such as Observability and Monitoring. This opens a search bar and displays products from that category. Customers can click on a product of interest , or use the search bar at the top to search for products from the full AWS Marketplace catalog for S3. Clicking on a product redirects the customer to the AWS Marketplace website, where they can see the product detail page, as well as subscribe to and launch the software. Each of the category links also shows AWS Services related to that category.
